Returns

The return process depends on where you bought our products:

  • Voltive.com

    You can return unused products purchased from our website for any reason for up to a year after they were purchased. We'll cover the return shipping and can arrange to have Fedex pick it up from you.

  • Amazon, eBay, or Other Retailers

    Unused products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer's normal return process. The return process varies by retailer, but whenever there is discretion on our part, we will always accept a return and cover the return shipping.

Replacements

If the product you received is defective or damaged in any way, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. Usually that means choosing between:

  • Replacement

    We can issue you a replacement product at no additional cost to you (we cover both the product and the shipping). We'll also cover return shipping on the defective product and can arrange to have Fedex pick it up from you.

  • Refund

    We'll issue a refund for the full amount you paid for the product. We'll also cover return shipping on the defective product and can arrange to have Fedex pick it up from you.
